Expertise Reisa Khalifa deals exclusively with family law issues, including separation, divorce, child custody, child and spousal support payments, intrafamily adoption, paternity, representation of children and grandparents’ rights.   Me Khalifa’s educational background in both the civil and common law traditions affords her a broader understanding of law that is beneficial to her as a practitioner, and ultimately to her clients.

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS Reisa Khalifa has been a licensed member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2003 and is a member of the Quebec Association of Family Law Lawyers.  Me Khalifa holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor of  Laws from McGill University.   Me Khalifa is the recipient of the 2002 John G. Ahern Memorial Award  for meritorious contribution to the Mooting programme of McGill University’s Faculty of Law for outstanding performance in an oral pleading  competition and won the 2001 Robinson Cup, Jean-Martineau Cup and Batonnier du Québec Cup at the Pierre-Basile Mignault Mooting Competition.  Me Khalifa also holds a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Communication Studies from McGill University.
